We closed out a whirlwind of a weekend and are overwhelmed with all the emotions that we experienced together on the roller coaster ride that was executing one of the first festivals back since the pandemic. From the changing COVID landscape to artist changes due to international travel restrictions to weather… when it rains it pours.. but damn, it can so be worth it when that rainbow shines so beautifully.
Thank you so much to the hard workers, artists, performers, and local community who helped make this happen. Thank you to the new Seismic fans who came out or even flew from around the country and even across the world to get here. Thank you for your patience, gratitude, and understanding throughout this all. Thank you for the overwhelmingly on-point energy and vibes on site.
While many of you had the time of your life, we understand others were let down by our Day 2 cancellation from the weather damages. It broke our hearts as well. We would never make that call if it didn’t absolutely have to be done. We just wanted to let you know that we’ve been thinking about you and have been working with all the necessary parties involved and channels to do the best we can to appease you.
Since single day ticket holders didn’t receive any festival experience at all, sat single day refunds are being processed. We have already contacted all Saturday single day ticket holders and initiated the automatic refunds for those single day Saturday ticket & parking passes. Please be on the lookout for confirmation through the ticketing platform Tixr.
- — Refunds will be processed to the same card/bank account as the purchase was made*
- — They will begin processing these next week and should be expected to take up to about 10-14 business days to fully process.
*Note: Tixr only has access to the original ticket buyer and refunds will be processed to that party. For those who resold their ticket, please send the reimbursed ticket amount to the person who purchased the ticket from you.
If you changed cards or banks, you will need to arrange with Tixr alternative payment arrangements for your reimbursement.
As for weekend pass holders, we have update. We are currently working through options with our insurance claim in the hopes of granting a partial refund. In the event we are cleared to be able to proceed, we will alert pass holders of those options immediately. We are hoping to get an answer on this with expected timeline as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience as we work through and this and apologize for any frustrations. We are navigating this complicated circumstance as best as we can feasibly handle before this process concludes. 🥺🙏
